#Five of Ozzy Osbourne’s wildest rock ’n’ roll moments

At nearly 72 years old — and now, reportedly, sober and battling Parkinson’s disease — Ozzy Osbourne still revels in his image as metal’s madman.

A new documentary, “The Nine Lives of Ozzy Osbourne,” premiering Monday on A&E, takes viewers through his roller-coaster life. “Most of the [outrageous] stories with Ozzy took place in the ’70s and ‘80s,” director Greg Johnston told The Post. It was “sex, drugs and rock ’n’ roll — and Ozzy lived [that] life to the fullest.”

Here are five of the craziest bits of lunacy perpetrated by Ozzy.

He snorted ants

The documentary recalls Ozzy hanging out at a poolside bar with Mötley Crüe when they toured together in 1984. The former Black Sabbath frontman was reportedly bummed out about a lack of cocaine. So he leaned over a line of ants on the ground and sniffed them up his nose.

Asked to verify the outrageous stunt (which is detailed in the Mötley Crüe book “The Dirt”), he replied, “Is it true that I snorted a line of ants? It’s incredibly possible. Do I remember it? No.”

He peed on a cop car

After a hard-drinking ’84 dinner in Memphis, Ozzy disappeared for the night. As recollected in the doc, he woke up outdoors, felt nature calling and let loose — dousing an unmarked police car.

“When you’re finished shaking that thing, I’m taking your ass to jail,” the arresting female officer told him before making good on her promise.

He was also once busted for peeing on the Alamo and relieved himself publicly at the Kingsgate Hyatt in Sydney. “We were waiting for the lift,” Black Sabbath road-crew member Graham Wright told The Post.

“Ozzy said, ‘I have to go.’ He dragged over a potted palm from the lobby and peed in it until it overflowed. I think Ozzy had a weak bladder.”

He bit the head off a bat

Inspired by pie-throwing scenes in slapstick comedies, Ozzy decided that it would be cool to close shows on his “Diary of a Madman” tour in 1982 by catapulting raw meat into the crowd.

“Everyone was covered in intestines and livers,” his wife, Sharon, gleefully says in the doc.

But then fans began bringing meat to throw at Ozzy. He recalls “dead rats and sheep testicles . . . live snakes and the biggest frog I’d ever seen.”

When a bat landed onstage, Ozzie thought it was rubber and bit off the head. “I had to go to the hospital and get rabies shots, one in each rear,” he says.

He bit the head off a dove

Ozzy’s also famous for having bitten off the head of a dove, in 1981, while meeting with CBS Records brass.

The plan was simply to make a memorable impression by releasing two doves and flashing the peace sign, according to the autobiography “I Am Ozzy.” But the singer got “pissed off” waiting for his cue from Sharon, bit off the head of a bird, and spat it at a publicist.

“The [boss] of legal said, ‘If you ever do that again, we will absolutely destroy you,’ ” Sharon says in the doc.

Previously, in 1978, a drunk and coked-up Ozzy shot chickens behind the house he shared with his first wife.

Around the same time, while on tour, someone in his crew kidnapped a couple of ducks from a nearby lake after a hotel clerk failed to secure a rubber duckie for Ozzy’s bath.

“He left it in the tub for the maid,” recounts journalist Sylvie Simmons, who was on tour with Black Sabbath at the time and recently released an album of her own. “I’m sure she was surprised.”

He tried to strangle his wife

For seemingly no reason, after a nice evening in 1989, Ozzy calmly told Sharon, “We’ve come to a decision that you’ve got to die.”

“He dived on me and started to choke me. I felt for stuff on the table, found the panic button and pressed it,” Sharon says in the doc. “All of a sudden, the cops were here. It was probably the most frightened that I’d ever been.”

Ozzy got hauled off to jail and claimed to have no recollection of the assault.

Sharon dropped the charges and says that she told her husband, “If you do that again, either you’re going to kill me or I’m going to kill you. And is that what you want for the kids?”

Ozzy went in for six months of rehab and, soon after, developed an addiction to exercise.

Years later, Sharon slipped Ozzy extra sleeping pills to get him to admit to cheating on her.
