#Mafumafu’s Ending Theme is Previewed in New Salaryman’s Club Trailer

The daily dose of badminton businessmen news continues with the release of the newest trailer for the upcoming original TV anime Salaryman’s Club that previews the ending theme song “1/25 Million” written and sung by Mafumafu. On Friday, five more badminton boys were announced, this time from Mitsuhoshi Bank, yet another rival to Sunlight Beverage in the company-wide badminton league.

Joining Yuma Uchida (Megumi Fushiguro in JUJUTSU KAISEN) as Takuma Kirishima as part of Mitsuhoshi Bank will be:

Makoto Furukawa (Miyuki Shirogane in KAGUYA-SAMA: LOVE IS WAR) as Naohiro Izumo

Ryotaro Okiayu (Hisashi Mitsui in Slam Dunk) as Sentaro Ibuki

Shun Horie (Kazuya Kinoshita in Rent-a-Girlfriend) as Shuhei Nakamura

Yusuke Shirai (Ramuda Amemura in Hypnosis Mic: Division Rap Battle) as Chiaki Takimoto

Kenji Hamada (Dob in ODDTAXI) as Hajime Masatoki

Aimi Yamauchi (Tokyo Revengers episode 9 storyboarder and episode director) conceptualized Salaryman’s Club alongside Teruko Utsumi (Sarazanmai), and will both be writing the series with Yamauchi directing at LIDEN FILMS. Yozakura Quartet manga creator Suzuhito Yasuda drew the original character designs while Maziro (22/7 animation director) will be adapting them for anime.

Salaryman’s Club is scheduled to premiere on Japanese TV on January 22 in the NUMAnimation block on TV Asahi at 25:30 (effectively, January 23 at 1:30 AM) with Crunchyroll streaming the series soon after its TV airing.
