The Switch version of 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim was the highest selling new release of the week, debuting at 27,199 retail copies sold. The PlayStation 4 version debuted at 34,608 copies sold when it launched in December 2019.

On the hardware side, the Switch family sold 60,289 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 11,259 units, the Xbox Series family sold 5,742 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 15 units. Next-generation consoles continue to face stock issues.
