Then touch about phone, emergency information and finally add information.

Under this section, you can enter all your relevant medical details.

Experts note that it’s important to fill this section out as diligently as you can as this could help paramedics treat you correctly in the future.  

Once you are done, touch the back arrow and select add contacts.

Here you can add information regarding your next of kin if you need the support of close family and friends.

Furthermore, if you want to add more details, then experts encourage you to repeat the process again.
