#Elderly man violently shoved to the ground in NYC

A 73-year-old man was punched in the chest and shoved in a brazen attack in Midtown Manhattan, police said.

The victim was attacked by another man Saturday outside of a residential building on West 47th Street near 10th Avenue, according to cops.

Surveillance footage obtained by the police showed the suspect run towards the elderly man then violently knock him to the ground.

There were no words or other exchanges leading up to the attack, police sources said.

The elderly man was taken in stable condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, cops said.

His attacker fled and was still being sought by cops Sunday.

The suspect — who is believed to be around 28 to 30 years old — was last seen wearing red jacket,  gray sweatpants, black shoes and a dark-colored baseball cap.
