#Economy’s strength shows it has no need of Biden’s ‘help’

With employment growing by 916,000 jobs in March, the strongest jump since August and beating economists’ expectations, it’s clear the US economy doesn’t need the “help” President Joe Biden insists on sending.

After all, the unemployment rate also notched down to 6 percent — closer to the 50-year low of 3.5 percent of February 2020, just before the pandemic put the economy in deep freeze.

The economy is bouncing back to life even before the nation hits herd immunity. All signs point to a post-COVID boom.

So why is Biden ignoring this? Why does he insist on spending another $2 trillion to $4 trillion to create the “most resilient, innovative economy in the world”?

Because these spending bills aren’t about economic recovery. They are about transforming the nation away from a capitalist economy to one directed by the government. For Democrats, the free market is far too free.
