The track will appear on Drakeo’s upcoming album The Truth Hurts.
After teasing its release for months, Drakeo The Ruler shared his new single, the Drake-assisted “Talk To Me,” on Tuesday.
While the song’s smoothed-out production and Drake’s crooning on the hook might sound like a love song at first, Drakeo’s bars shift the trick into street ballad mode. “Stop complaining to me, I am not the one you love/Coming over late night, don’t want no shoulder rubs/In the trenches every night, bitch I’m holding guns/Hold me down, or you gon’ slow me down,” Drakeo raps on the track.
The song is set to appear on Drakeo’s upcoming studio album, The Truth Hurts, set to drop on February 23.
