Furthermore, Ramune's voice actor Yuma Uchida will be performing the opening theme 'SHAKE!SHAKE!SHAKE!' for the series. Uchida commented about the song:

"In the world of Dr. Ramune, there is an ailment called a 'mysterious disease' which is caused by the mind. The theme of this work is how to release those things that are stored in the mind, such as hesitation and worries, and help them make better choices.

The song 'SHAKE!SHAKE!SHAKE!' was composed to capture the feelings of characters who are suffering from these mysterious diseases and to guide them through being cured.

In the story, there are moments when the characters have to face their own hearts and minds, but when they face up to reality and look forward to it, the world is brighter, and it's a step towards a new you, that's the emotion I put into singing this song. I'm glad if you enjoyed listening to the song after watching Dr. Ramune -Mysterious Disease Specialist-."

Tetsuro Oda

Tetsuro Oda, who is doing the music for Dr. Ramune -Mysterious Disease Specialist- commented on the song and series as well, saying:

"It took a lot of trial and error to express the unique worldview of the piece. The theme song combines a suspicious yet nostalgic feel. I had a lot of fun using music to express the bright and cheerful character of Ramune, and the cool and slightly naive character of the detective's apprentice, Kuro. I hope that the addition of music will make the work even more enjoyable."
