This week on The Conners, Louise (Katey Sagal) started moving into the Conner’s home, and Dan (John Goodman) decided to sell the furniture set he bought for Roseanne when they were first married. In the spirit of new beginnings, Dan parted with furniture and fans now have a chance to own these beloved pieces of Conners family history. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles is auctioning a screen-used afghan, dresser, headboard, and two wooden nightstands that have all been part of The Conner’s home. Also included is a script signed by members of the cast.

It seems fitting for a show that deals with a family constantly trying to make ends meet would take the opportunity to give back. Sara Gilbert says of the program, “Something I love about our show is that we get to address the fact that this is obviously a fictional group that represents a lot of people who are very kind, smart, intelligent, funny, good people that cannot break the cycle of poverty, and cannot break through the levels of how unfair things can be in this country.”

The Conners continue to face the daily struggles of life in Lanford. The Conners airs Wednesday at 9PM ET on ABC and episodes are available on demand and on Hulu the following day.
