Devolver Digital, the indie games publisher, has begun trading on AIM. Their value is floating close to $ 1 billion. To be precise, the estimated value is $ 950 million. With this, Devolver has become the largest US company in the LSE, and the second-largest company to ever trade on the AIM sub-market.
The European advisor to Devolver Digital, the law firm Fieldfisher has stated that they received a “significant strategy investment from a key industry player” in addition to other institutional investments. Interestingly, Sony Interactive Entertainment has made an additional 5% investment into the company.

The company’s entry into the London Stock Exchange has resulted in $50 million being added to it in gross proceeds, which it plans to use in expanding the company. In addition, a secondary cash placing of $211 million is to be used for management and existing investors.
- Devolver Digital is the creator behind Hotline Miami, Loop Hero, and the Shadow Warrior series.
- It has some interesting games upcoming, such as Weird West and Shadow Warrior 3, Trek to Yomi, Wizard with a Gun, and Cult of the Lamb.
