The death of a 60-year-old New Jersey man is being probed as a possible electrocution from a wire downed in Tropical Storm Isaias.

The River Vale, NJ man was found dead around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday outside his Demarest Avenue home, according to WABC-TV.

Authorities told ABC that the man, who was not identified by name in the report, may have been doing yard work and come into contact with electrical wires brought down by Isaias.

Investigators couldn’t immediately say whether the wires were live, but the death is being probed as a possible electrocution, the network reported.

Isaias lashed New Jersey and New York on Tuesday, with a force that New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said has been seldom seen since 2012’s Superstorm Sandy.

In the Big Apple, over 85,000 people were still without power as of Wednesday evening, and a man was killed when a tree uprooted by the storm crushed his car in Queens.
