Dancing with the Stars is losing another from their team. Tyra Banks announced her departure from the Disney+ series when she was caught out and about by TMZ. Banks joined the dancing competition series in 2020.

Banks is now set to focus on her business endeavors. She has recently released her SMiZE & Dream ice cream brand internationally, and she now wants to bring it to the US. She said the following:

“I feel it’s time for me to really focus on my business and my entrepreneurship, and also producing more TV — but behind the scenes. I think it’s time to graduate from the dance floor to the stock market floor… from the ballroom to the boardroom.”

Her announcement comes only days after Mark Ballas revealed he was hanging up his dancing shoes. Len Goodman announced his exit from the judging panel in November.

Dancing with the Stars will return to Disney+ this fall. A premiere date will be announced later.
