#Trump says Giuliani, Chris Christie helping him with debate prep

President Trump on Sunday said he is prepping for Tuesday night’s presidential debate with the help of his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, and former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.

“We’re doing it,” Trump said about debate prep during a White House press briefing.

“These two gentlemen have been helping,” the president continued, signaling to Giuliani and Christie, who were in attendance.

The president said during the preparations, both men act as his Democratic opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden.

Trump also claimed his two debate helpers are “about five times smarter than” Biden.

Tuesday’s presidential debate in Cleveland is the first of three between Trump and Biden. It will be moderated by Fox News anchor Chris Wallace.
