Within the space of just two years, DaBaby has upped his feature price by $295,000 with the help of a No. 1 single and various platinum plaques to his name.

Over the weekend, the Charlotte-bred rapper took to his Instagram Stories to reveal he’s currently charging $300,000 a verse. He did so by posting a photo of his “Leave Me Alone (Freestyle)” video on YouTube, in which he brags about charging $5,000 for a feature in January 2019.

“From 5K a verse to 300K a verse,” he wrote.

With over 8.4 million YouTube views, “Leave Me Alone” finds DaBaby chronicling his come-up over Brooklyn native Flipp Dinero’s song of the same name.

“Somebody tell these rappers leave me ‘lone now,” he raps. “My feature price went up, I charge $5K for a song now/That’s too high for you? Fuck you, I should really charge you ten/I went and broke bread with the family when I could’ve bought a Benz.”

During a September 2019 interview with Power 106, DaBaby previously said he was charging six figures but didn’t confirm the exact amount.

“It’s six digits,” he told L.A. Leakers‘ Justin Credible and DJ Sourmilk. “God is great. It’s six of ’em. It’s six digits at least.”

The revelation arrives shortly after reaching a big milestone to support his asking price. On February 9, DaBaby celebrated his Roddy Ricch collaboration “ROCKSTAR” hitting a billion streams on Spotify alone.

“Grammy nominated song of the year & Billboard #1 Hit for 7 weeks in a row is now at a BILLION+ streams on @spotify alone,” he wrote on Instagram. “Real n-gga Rockstar, do anything but play wit em. appreciate y’all dearly for listening and enjoying. #ROCKSTAR.”
