Young Gangan Magazine has been releasing chapters of My Dress-Up Darling in Japan twice-monthly since it started serialization on January 19, 2018. As of last April, over 2 million copies of the series had been printed (physically) and sold (digitally). Square Enix releases the manga series in English, and you can see the first volume cover below.
