#Cops looking for man who launched anti-gay attack in NYC

The NYPD released a photo and video Sunday night of the man cops say sucker-punched a 24-year-old while hurling homophobic remarks.

The suspect, seen in Midtown near West 34th Street and Ninth Avenue in a white shirt and black shorts, allegedly attacked the male victim at a CVS on April 24th around 7 p.m., cops said previously.

The victim had entered the store at 5 Pennsylvania Avenue when the suspect, walking in the opposite direction, punched him in the back of the head and neck, surveillance video shows.

“F–king gays,” the suspect snarled before taking off, according to police sources.

The newly released photo and video was taken shortly after the incident, cops said.

The attack is under investigation by the NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force, which is asking anyone with information to come forward.
