The man who was fatally shot — along with his teen stepson — in Queens this week was identified by police Wednesday, as they ruled his death a homicide.

Cops say Jamel Jordan, 34, was gunned down during a squabble with his stepson in his home on Deerfield Road near Beach 29th Street around 2 p.m. Tuesday.

His 15-year-old stepson was also killed, according to cops — though his manner of death has not yet been released.

Both were shot in their torsos.

Police sources initially said the pair shot each other, but authorities could not confirm that Wednesday and noted that only one weapon was recovered. They said they were still probing how both were shot.

Jordan was discovered in the bathroom of the home and the teen in the living room, according to police sources.

Jordan and the teen were rushed to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
