#Classified docs case in court

Former President Trump is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday afternoon, his first appearance after being indicted on 37 counts in the federal investigation into classified documents found at his Florida home, Mar-a-Lago.
Trump’s arraignment is set for 3 p.m. at the Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. U.S. Courthouse in Miami, where he says he plans to plead not guilty.
Two attorneys on Tuesday morning filed paperwork to represent Trump in the courtroom after he shook up his legal team following a damning indictment that accuses the former president of mishandling some of the nation’s most sensitive secrets.
Trump’s team on Monday was reportedly scrambling to find a Florida lawyer to join his defense team. On Tuesday morning, two attorneys, Chris Kise and Todd Blanche, filed paperwork to represent Trump.
Following the court session, Trump is expected to return to his New Jersey home and give remarks in the evening.
