“#Citi Bike duo terrorizes Brooklyn Jewish men by snatching their hats”

The suspects were cruising on the bike — with one pedaling and the other sitting on top of its front wheel cover — while grabbing the hats off at least four men wearing traditional religious attire as they walked through Williamsburg and Bedford-Stuyvesant on Thursday, police said.
All of the incidents happened along Bedford Avenue between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m., according to cops.
Police captured one of the encounters on video and released the footage Friday.
The NYPD is investigating the incidents as hate crimes.
