#Childish Gambino Covers Brittany Howard’s “Stay High”: Listen

Brittany Howard is releasing Jaime Reimagined, a remix compilation of tracks from her album Jaime, on Friday (July 23). Today she’s shared Childish Gambino’s cover of “Stay High.” Give Donald Glover’s take a listen below.

Jaime Reimagined also features the Bon Iver remix of “Short and Sweet,” plus contributions from Little Dragon, Michael Kiwanuka, Syd, BadBadNotGood, EarthGang, Georgia Anne Muldrow, and more.

Howard released Jaime, her first solo album after leading Alabama Shakes, in September 2019. The album netted Howard several Grammy nominations, including for Best Rock Performance, Best Roots Performance, and Best Alternative Music Album; “Stay High” won Best Rock Song. Howard is set to hit the road with My Morning Jacket this fall.
