A family attorney in Chicago is accused of offering to help a client in her custody case if she had sex with him and sexually abusing three employees at his firm, according to reports.

David Pasulka’s allegedly made the crude request in 2016, when he told the mom that he’d fight for her to get full custody of her kids — but that she had to “do a little extra something,” according to a July 13 complaint filed by the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.

Pasulka is also accused of sexually abusing three female employees – including forcible penetration — at his practice, David P. Pasulka and Associates, between 2012 and 2018, according to the complaint.

One of the women, a licensed Illinois attorney, alleged Pasulka forcibly touched her and pulled her “onto his lap” during work-related conference calls and touched her breasts starting in May 2015, the complaint states.

Pasulka told the woman he was looking for a “team player” and said another woman who worked for him – an associate at the firm who also accused him of sexually assaulting her – “does not say no,” according to the complaint.

Pasulka denied the allegations when reached by WBBM, saying he’s a leader in his field who thinks he’s being “dragged through the mud.” He has not been criminally charged.

“This is the worst thing that’s ever been laid on me,” he told the station.

Pasulka was suspended last week from serving as a court-appointed child representative in Cook County as a result of the allegations, WBBM reported.

Judge Grace Dickler also barred him from “any other court committee” due to the “serious allegations” contained in the 11-page complaint, according to the report.

Spokespersons for Judge Dickler and the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission declined to comment on potential criminal charges, while a rep for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office had not “been asked to review” the allegations by law enforcement, WBBM reported.

Pasulka, who has worked in family law for decades, has either served on or led prominent committees in the field. He once represented a paternity matter involving former Chicago Bulls star Scottie Pippen, the Chicago Tribune reported.
