White House press secretary Jen Psaki vowed Wednesday to rebuild trust with Americans and stressed the importance of “truth and transparency,” as she opened her first briefing of the Biden administration.

Psaki met with reporters in the White House briefing room just hours after President Joe Biden was inaugurated, and took questions and reviewed executive actions signed by the new president.
