“Camille Vasquez Sought by Hollywood Agents, Law Firms After Johnny Depp Trial Win”

The defamation trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard might be over, but we might be seeing Camille Vasquez back on screen soon enough. With the trial televised and streamed online live for everyone in the world to see, Vasquez has become a bit of a celebrity. Many have praised her work as an attorney, and that’s something her own law firm agrees with, as she was quickly promoted to partner shortly after the trial.

Certainly, Vasquez has a very bright future in law, but she could be taking on a second career. Per TMZ, Vasquez is in very high demand in both Hollywood and the legal world. It’s obvious why law firms have been giving her lucrative offers, given that she’s currently one of the most popular attorneys on the planet. But she has also been getting offers from agents for potential on-screen appearances. Vasquez is reportedly weighing her options and is said to be speaking with agents and network executives about a variety of projects, including “broadcasting roles, speaking engagements, branding opportunities, and even starting her own production company.”

Fans shouldn’t count on seeing a Camille’s Court television series just yet. Vasquez is also said to be taking this process slow and taking the time to decide if she wants to focus on law, Hollywood, or perhaps both. In the meantime, many litigants have also been trying to throw money at Vasquez to acquire her legal services. That includes at least one “high-profile potential client who’s close to going to trial,” and while it’s unclear who this could be, Vasquez is said to be interested, so it’s possible we’ll also be seeing her representing another celebrity at trial.

Camille Vasquez Will Defend Johnny Depp Again

Camille Vasquez has also remained a part of Johnny Depp’s legal team. The Pirates of the Caribbean star will soon be back in the courtroom for an alleged assault that happened in 2017. Greg “Rocky” Brooks claims that Depp had assaulted him on the set of City of Lies. However, Depp’s team already has one key witness on his side, script supervisor Emma Danoff, who wrote a sworn statement denying Brooks’ allegations. Danoff says that Brooks had actually started an interaction with a homeless woman when Depp stood up for her, prompting an argument, but that Depp never actually touched Brooks.

“He immediately stood up from our shared seat on the edge of a planter bench and went over to Brooks to stand up for the woman,” Danoff said. “Mr. Depp said to Mr. Brooks, ‘You can’t talk to her like that. You think she is something less that you? Who do you think you are? How dare you?’”

This will all be presented to a jury to determine what happened on the set of the film and if Brooks will be awarded any damages for the alleged assault. But with Vasquez back in Depp’s corner for this new legal battle, the odds certainly seem to be in Depp’s favor.
