The next Call of Duty game is a sequel to the 2019-released Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and will launch alongside a new Call of Duty: Warzone experience, both “designed together from the ground up” and led by Infinity Ward on a new engine, publisher Activision announced.

The new Call of Duty: Warzone experience promises “a massive evolution of Battle Royale with an all-new playspace and a new sandbox mode.”

Further details on the two new Call of Duty titles were not announced.
