Philadelphia, PA – Bobby Shmurda almost got into a scuffle with a fan on Saturday night (September 4) at Made In America festival in Philadelphia.

According to TMZ, the Brooklyn rapper nearly sparked a brawl in the crowd after having a water bottle thrown at him while enjoying Megan Thee Stallion’s performance at the JAY-Z-curated festival.

In the footage captured below, Bobby can be seen trying to jump over a barricade and angrily confront the fan who hurled the bottle at him.

Luckily, Bobby’s crew was able to restrain him and prevent a serious altercation from happening — good news for the 27-year-old rapper, who’s currently on parole and can’t afford any slip-ups.

His strict, five-year parole conditions includes having to submit drugs tests and undergo counseling for aggression and anger — although that last part is evidently still a work-in-progress.

Later that night, Bobby Shmurda took to the Made In America stage himself when hometown hero Meek Mill brought him and Rowdy Rebel out during his surprise set ahead of Lil Baby’s headlining performance.

Bobby and Rowdy performed their 2014 hits “Computers” and “Hot N-gga” while Meek saluted the GS9 rappers who “did their time, came home [and] doing better as men.”

On Sunday (September 5), Bobby Shmurda returned to the Made In America stage for his own scheduled daytime set, in which he dusted off festival-ready bangers such as “Bobby Bitch” and, of course, “Hot N-gga.”

The Brooklyn native made his eagerly-anticipated return to music last Friday (September 3) with his comeback single “No Time For Sleep.” The track arrived just over six months after his release from prison back in February.
