The Blue Archive mobile game is set to get a TV anime. More information will be revealed later.

The game has animated content before in the form of trailers and shorts that were produced by Yostar Pictures, including last November’s first year anniversary PV for the game’s global version. Yostar Pictures previously produced the TV anime adaptation of the mobile game Arknights after handling various anime PVs for that game.

Blue Archive was first released in Japan in February 2021 for iOS and Android. The NEXON Games-developed free-to-play “Youth x Academy x Military RPG” is published by Yostar Inc. in Japan and by NEXON Company globally.

Google Play describes the game’s premise as:

You have been appointed as an advisor to the Federal Investigation Club, Schale, located in Kivotos. It’s a huge academy city where numerous academies are clustered together.
