#Ray J Reveals That His Bizarre Face Tattoos Were Only Temporary

Ray J has admitted that the face tattoos he unveiled on social media last week are going to disappear eventually.

During an Instagram Live on Saturday (April 27), the singer revealed the ink that had his fans and followers concerned is in fact not permanent.

“Okay, the tattoos is almost done, y’all,” he explained. “It’s already starting to rub off. I done tried to scrub ’em off, okay? I tried — they henna or super-something, but I went and did it again. I did it once and I went back right before I left and had them hit it up again, and so that’s why it got real dark.

He concluded: “I just got to wait, y’all.”

The 43-year-old sparked concern after debuting new face tattoos that he claimed he got on purpose so that he’d look “unattractive.”

In late April, the reality star shared a video on Instagram to show off his new ink: stars under his eye, his kids’ names near his ears, a P on the side of his head and a big block-letter T on his cheek.

“Yup, I look real unattractive now. There he go,” he said in the clip. “Tattoos on my face. That means I can’t do no more movies, I can’t host no TV shows. It’s all in for me now, n-gga. I ain’t wearing no makeup, you feel me?

“Yeah I did this on purpose just because I don’t want another call time given to me. I only want to make the call time and what better way to do that than to just decorate your body with what you believe in?”

He added: “Put the fucking points on the board. Fuck it. Fuck em. I love them. I’m humble. And I just absolutely don’t never and wouldn’t even know how to give a fuck. I don’t care.”

Over the video, he wrote: “Raytired from working on network TV! Now I hope I’m very unattractive!”

Soon after, he shared close-up shots of the ink on his Instagram Stories. Over the red tint, he scattered a number of phases such as “Dark times again 4 you opps,” “destroy and rebuild,” “wish you the best,” “I gave you the blueprint” and,”evil will be done to the bad who choose to do evil to the good,” among others.
