Manhattan, N.Y. – Casanova, who has been locked up since turning himself in to FBI authorities in late 2020, pleaded guilty on Wednesday (May 11) to a series of crimes in his RICO case.

The charges stem from federal drug, robbery and gun charges as part of his leadership role in the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation Bloods Gang.

The Brooklyn rapper is the 13th defendant in the racketeering case against the UGSNB gang to plead guilty, reports ABC7. He is being charged for offenses that took place across state lines from New York to Florida.

As part of his guilty plea, according to NBC4, Cas admitted to the U.S. Attorney’s Office that he played a role in a July 2020 Florida shooting, an NYC robbery in 2018, and trafficked over 100 kilograms of marijuana.

The “Don’t Run” rhymer was charged with attempted murder in November and has remained in Westchester County Jail’s custody since December 2020. Back in February, he took to Instagram to let his fans know he was put into solitary confinement for a month.

“I been in solitary confinement for like 30 days I hate it here!!” he wrote. “If you haven’t heard from me that’s why.”
