“#Attack on Titan Manga Creator Says There Is Only 1 to 2% Left of the Series”
During the unveiling of a statue of Eren, Mikasa, and Armin in Hajime Isayama's hometown of Hita City, the Attack on Titan creator spoke about the ending of the hit manga series, telling the 200 people in attendance at the ceremony that there is only 1% to 2% left of the series. Isayama had previously mentioned in June that we were "about 5%" away from the end.
Speaking to his editor at the ceremony, Isayama joked that "there's a lot of full, shogi-like meetings going on" about the ending of Attack on Titan, with them piecing out the finale perfectly.
Attack on Titan Final Season is scheduled to begin on Crunchyroll on December 7, with MAPPA taking over the reins from WIT Studio for the animation production. It has not been announced when the manga, or the TV anime, will end.
