#Assistant Director of Shangri-La Frontier Season 2 Passes Away
Hiroki Ikeshita, the assistant director of the currently airing Shangri-La Frontier Season 2, has passed away.
According to an announcement on the Shangri-La Frontier anime’s website, Ikeshita died on November 6 JST.
Ikeshita was also the assistant director of the first Shangri-La Frontier season, and of shows like Handyman Saitou in Another World and Hitoribocchi no Marumaruseikatsu. They were the director of 2020’s Shachou, Battle no Jikan Desu! anime series.
