#Arknights Updates Storyline “Partial Necrosis” with New Theme Song by DJ Steve Aoki

Arknights released a major update to its storyline with “Chapter 6 – Partial Necrosis”. The anime-style mobile game available on iOS and Android has been releasing new music projects, including a collaboration with DJ Okawari. 

To coincide with the launch of the new chapter, Arknights also surprised its fans with a brand new theme song “Last of Me ft. RUNN”, produced by two-time Grammy-nominated DJ/Producer Steve Aoki. This song is also Arknights’ fourth music collaboration, marking a special milestone for Arknights’ global music project. The song is now available on various music platforms. 

A new animation video produced by A-1 Pictures was also released during the launch. Yostar Pictures & Hypergryph were involved as executive producers. 

Arknights is described as: 

Take on the role of a key member of Rhodes Island, a pharmaceutical company that fights both a deadly infection and the unrest it leaves in its wake. Together with your leader Amiya, you’ll recruit Operators, train them, then assign them to various operations to protect the innocent and resist those who would thrust the world into turmoil.

Your tactics will determine the future of Rhodes Island. Fight for the Dawn!

Chapter 6 will continue the main story development and dive into the struggles of both the Lungmen-Rhode Island faction and the Reunion faction. 

Combined with the new soundtrack “Last of Me ft. RUNN”, players will immerse themselves into a different party’s struggle and understand more activities behind the scenes. These electronic and futuristic beats will surround players in the world of Arknights, consummate the obstacles they will come across, and the mixed feelings while going through the plot in this new Chapter. Steve Aoki surely dived deep in the game and expressed his empathy for the plot with all the beats.

New operators will be available, including Guard Blaze, Sniper GreyThroat, and Sniper Ambriel. Blaze will also join the battle as an ally. New outfits and cosmetics are also released to coincide with the icy, frozen landscape.
