Ariana Madix had some amazing things to say about then-boyfriend Tom Sandoval at a major public event last week. In fact, it was just before his jaw-dropping months-long cheating scandal was brought to light. Now, we are learning more about what the Vanderpump Rules star said of her then-partner — only for her to very quickly find out what was really going on between Tom and Raquel Leviss!!

According to Page Six, the 37-year-old woman was a guest at Tom’s concert last Wednesday night at TomTom in West Hollywood. Of course, we’ve already reported on Ariana’s presence there watching his band Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras. But what’s new here is this: Madix used that evening to gush openly about Sandoval! Only for it all to fall apart so soon after! Awkward…
Per the outlet, Sandoval held a Q&A with fans that night while celebrating the release of the band’s new single. As the frontman asked the crowd to come up with questions, one fan in particular piped up:
“Do you think the show [VPR] accurately portrays you?”
At first, Tom began to answer. But then he “quickly handed the mic” to Ariana, the news org claimed.
In turn, she said this to the crowd about Sandoval, before turning towards him and addressing him directly:
“In some ways, yes. In some ways, no. I think the way that they show how dedicated and extra [he is], because I’m looking at the word ‘extra.’ But when I say dedicated to everything that you do and the way that you commit to everything that you do — that part is accurate.”
Dedication… commitment… YIKES!!!!
She wasn’t done there, though! The VPR mainstay went on:
“But I think there are some things that are not accurate. Like, for example, you get ready really fast. I take forever. But I think that on the show, you would think it was the other way around.”
OK, sure, that’s all fine. But it’s the first quote that has us picking our jaws up off the floor!!!
BTW, the outlet notes somebody in the crowd was so moved by Madix’s comments that they yelled “Give her a kiss!” Ariana repeated the plea on stage, and her 39-year-old then-boyfriend swooped over and planted one on her in front of the audience. Awww! But then, hours later… Yeah…

It might really only have been an “hours later” situation, too. According to that same outlet’s reporting, Ariana found out “shortly thereafter” that Tom was having a “full-on affair” with the 28-year-old Leviss. Per the report, Madix somehow saw “a sexually explicit video” of Raquel pop up on Tom’s phone, and everything unraveled quickly after that.
Now, as Tom and Raquel apparently ride off into the sunset wearing matching necklaces, Ariana is left to pick up the pieces emotionally. At least she has pals like Scheana Shay and Lala Kent around for emotional support.
But still, even with those women very clearly in her corner, Madix is still going through hell right now. And all this after gushing about how committed and dedicated Sandoval had been…
