#Angry NYC panhandler spews hate at Asian mom and daughter

An irate panhandler threw a cup of water — and spewed hate — at an Asian mom and her young daughter in Midtown this week when the victim refused a request for a handout, police said Saturday.

The ugly incident happened on Wednesday at around 7:30 a.m. when the 45-year-old mother and her 6-year-old daughter were approached by a woman as they waited for a school bus at West 43rd Street and Third Avenue, cops said.

The woman, who was in her 20s, asked the mom for money, and she declined.

The suspect then went into a nearby Starbucks with a male companion, came back outside and hurled a cup of water in the direction of the mom and child, hitting them in the feet, as she screamed “F–k you, c—k!” cops said.

No one was injured and there are no arrests, police said.

The NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating.
