#Ammon Bundy arrested at Idaho state capital after occupying press desk

Ammon Bundy, who led a 2016 armed occupation of an Oregon wildlife refuge, was arrested and rolled out of an auditorium in Idaho on Tuesday after refusing to leave the space, reports said.

Bundy — whose father Cliven Bundy led a separate standoff with the federal government in 2014 — was busted for disrupting state lawmakers by occupying a press table, according to the Idaho Press.

Ammon had been among protesters who disrupted a session on a civil liability bill in the Lincoln Auditorium this week.

On Tuesday, he became outraged when “citizen journalists” were removed from the hearing. That’s when the militia leader sat at the press desk and refused to move.

“I’m going to sit right here,” he said.

Because he refused to stand, troopers gently escorted him out of the building and into the street by rolling his chair with him still sitting on it.
