#Amazon Debuts Its Own Fire TV Lineup Starting at $369 – Review Geek

Earlier this week, we learned that Amazon could be preparing to launch its own TV lineup, and now it’s officially here. Today Amazon announced the all-new Fire TV Omni Series and an even more budget-friendly Amazon Fire TV 4-series.

To be clear, these are Amazon-branded televisions, not just FireTV software loaded on existing devices, and Amazon’s new TV’s come in sizes that range between 43-inch and 75-inches.

The better of the two is Amazon’s new Omni series TV. Along with promising a better picture quality and Dolby Vision, it also offers hands-free voice control with Alexa. Unfortunately, the more affordable 4-series doesn’t get that feature. On Omni sets, voice commands are always available — even if the TV is off. You can use your voice to turn on the TV, change the channel, increase the volume, or even switch inputs all with your voice.

The Amazon Fire TV Omni series starts at $409 for the 43-inch TV and goes up to $1,099 for the 75-inch model. The more affordable 4-series start at $369 for the 43-inch and tops out at $519 for a 55-inch Amazon Fire TV. All of Amazon’s new Fire TVs will be available starting October 27th.

At the same time, Amazon also took a moment today to announce more Fire TV options from its partners, including Toshiba and Pioneer. Toshiba’s new TVs will feature the Amazon Alexa voice controls, while the Pioneer Fire TV devices are for the budget crowd.

Either way, Amazon is finally moving into the television market in a big and wants to take over your living room. Those who choose to buy a new Amazon-branded TV can pair them to existing Echo devices for improved audio. Buy one from the link below starting on October 27th.
