Monday’s arrest wasn’t Aldrick Rosa’s first run-in with the law.

The Giants kicker, who was booked in Chico, Calif. following an alleged hit-and-run in which police suspect the 25-year-old had been drinking, also was arrested in February 2016 for DUI, according to court records reviewed by NJ Advance Media.

Rosas, 21 at the time and not yet in the NFL, was pulled over in his hometown of Orland, Calif. after failing to adhere to a stop sign and was found to have a Blood Alcohol Concentration of more than .08 percent.

Rosas pleaded guilty for driving with a BAC over the legal threshold and was sentenced to 30 months probation, but the DUI charge was dismissed, according to Glenn County court records.

The Giants told NJ Advance Media that they were aware of the prior arrest before they signed him in 2017.

Rosas went undrafted in 2016, following the arrest, but earned the Giants starting job the following season and was a Pro Bowler in 2018.

Despite struggling last season, the Giants re-signed Rosas to a one-year, $3.2 million deal in April.

TMZ first reported Tuesday that Rosas was arrested Monday when he allegedly ran through a red light and T-boned a Ford pickup truck at an intersection.

According to witnesses, the 25-year-old Rosas was driving around 100 mph before the crash, police said. A bloody Rosas exited his car after it broke down and was arrested a short time later on a misdemeanor hit-and-run charge, along with driving with a suspended license. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured, according to TMZ.
