The spring TV anime has started and that means the Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie TV anime begins in a few short days adapting Keigo Maki‘s manga of the same name, but it also means that we get another seasonal visual featuring the cool titular character dressed in an adorable seasonal outfit with sakura blossoms floating around her.

The winter seasonal visual featuring Shikimori all rugged up was released in February, while the autumn visual featuring the cool (and cute!) character surrounded by red leaves was released in November 2021. It’s very likely the final seasonal visual will be released this summer, due to the summer visual being the only one that is left!
Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie is set to premiere on April 9 in the ANiMAZiNG!!! block on ABC TV, with Ryota Ito (My Senpai Is Annoying) directing the TV anime adaptation of Keigo Maki‘s romantic-comedy manga at Doga Kobo. Crunchyroll is set to stream Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie as it airs, describing it as such:
The ultimate “heartthrob girlfriend” appears! Naturally unlucky high school student Izumi’s girlfriend is his classmate Shikimori. She has a beautiful smile and kind personality and always seems happy when she’s with Izumi. She’s a pretty, cute, and loving girlfriend, but when Izumi’s in trouble… she transforms into a super cool “heartthrob girlfriend!” The fun lives of the cute and cool Shikimori, Izumi, and their good friends never end! This 1000% precious romantic comedy begins now!
