#AEW’s Brandi Rhodes had to shut down her DMs over influx of d–k pics

Brandi Rhodes has seen all sides of social media: The good, the bad, and the explicit.

During an interview on Monday with “CHRISTY reports,” the AEW chief brand officer and wrestler said a flood of X-rated snaps led to her closing up shop on direct messages.

“I actually stopped looking at DMs, I’ve stopped accepting direct messages,” Rhodes explained. “For a while, I had them open because I wanted, if there were real opportunities in the first year that people really wanted to communicate about different partnership opportunities or non-profit organizations, things I should know about, I wanted that to be open.

“But, there is a limit to what I can handle of people sending me pictures of their genitalia,” she continued. “So, I’m not open publicly to DMs anymore.”

Rhodes, 37, who is married fellow AEW exec and wrestler Cody Rhodes, later joked about admirers shooting their shot at her husband of seven years.

“And I know my husband, he — if you ask anybody, you can barely get him to respond to a text message, let alone an email, let alone a message via social media. So, shoot all your shots, but he’s probably not going to see them,” she said.
