#Mike Evans claps back at angry Keenan Allen: ‘You not on my level’

The NFL Top 100 list has become an annual source of gripes among players. The latest grievance comes from Chargers receiver Keenan Allen, who ranked No. 77 on the list.

The ranking, which is voted upon by the players, was a steep drop-off from his No. 38 ranking entering the 2019 season even though he increased his receptions and receiving yards last year while his touchdowns remained the same.

“Starting to think I did something to somebody,” Allen tweeted.

Specifically, Allen believes it has to do with his speed.

“Ok I’m tired of biten my tongue (sic)…” he wrote. “[Tyreek Hill], [Mike Evans], [Chris Godwin]… (and the list goes on) ARE NOT a better receiver than me! Faster than me… every day of the week but separation… CHILD PLEASE (sic).”

Allen ranked fourth in receptions and sixth in receiving yards, both of which surpassed Mike Evans and Tyreek Hill, albeit neither played a full season like Allen did. Chris Godwin had fewer receptions but finished ahead of Allen in receiving yards.

“You tagged the wrong Chris Godwin lol and don’t be mad at us we ain’t make the rankings or care about em (sic),” Evans responded. “I like the confidence but be realistic you not on my level bro.”

Over the past three seasons, Allen has more receptions and receiving yards and a higher catch percentage than Evans. Pro Football Focus gave Allen a 91-overall grade over that span, which ranks ahead of Godwin, Hill and Evans.

It is not yet known where Evans, Hill and Godwin rank on the NFL Top 100 list, as the league has only released the results through 71.

“IM THE BEST WR IN THE AFC WEST!!! (sic),” Allen tweeted. “Without question!”
