A 7-year-old Queens boy who battled Leukemia for several years got his wish of riding in a fast car fulfilled on Sunday — as he celebrated finally being cancer-free.

Little King Singh was surprised during an outing at Cedarhurst Park with a fleet of 15 luxury vehicles, by do-gooder Josh Aryeh, founder of the organization Smiles Through Cars, which provides rides and toys to sick or underprivileged kids in the tri-State area.

“It’s all about giving the children and families a happy time during times of despair,” Aryeh, 33, told The Post.

The Long Island native met the Singh family about two years ago and learned about King’s love of sports cars. The child was 2-years-old in 2016 when doctors found lymphoblastic leukemia cells in his blood.

For more than three years, he underwent chemotherapy treatment daily, and would take about 70 pills a month, until he completed his treatment in October 2019.

He developed his love for cars during his many months in the hospital, where he’d race Hot Wheels toys on his bed and table, said mom Sharmeena Singh.

On Aug. 18, the little boy had his first birthday in four years with no cancer cells, his mom said.

To celebrate the milestone, Sharmeena enlisted Aryeh’s help and they came up with the idea for the surprise motorcade.

As part of the exotic fleet, Aryeh, who sometimes dresses up as Batman for the visits, brought along a “Batmobile” and a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, two of King’s favorites.

Seeing King healthy “brought tears to my eyes,” said Aryeh, adding that “for a child not to have a childhood it’s just horrible for anybody to see.”

“Then all of a sudden they get to become a child and be truly happy… it’s the best feeling in the world.”

For King, getting to ride around in a sports car was the highlight of his day.

“That was amazing!” he said with glee.
