Dry Cleaning: New Long Leg [4AD]

New Long Leg is the debut full-length from London band Dry Cleaning. The 10-track album follows the group’s 2019 EPs Sweet Princess and Boundary Road Snacks and Drinks. Dry Cleaning recorded the album during the pandemic. Each member demoed their individual parts on a four-track Tascam recorder. The device was disinfected with antibacterial wipes each time and then passed to the next band member through the window of a car. The record was produced by John Parish at Rockfield Studios in Wales. Read Pitchfork’s track review of “Strong Feelings.”
