#Watch Tame Impala Cover Edwyn Collins’ “A Girl Like You”

Tame Impala have covered Edwyn Collins’ 1994 single “A Girl Like You” for Australia’s Triple J Radio in Perth. The band also performed “Breathe Deeper” from February’s The Slow Rush. Watch both and a short interview with Kevin Parker about the cover below.

Last month, Parker and his bandmates covered Nelly Furtado’s “Say It Right” for Future Sounds with Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1. Parker also took on John Lennon’s “Jealous Guy” to mark what would have been Lennon’s 80th birthday in October. In March, a new box set reissue commemorating the 10th anniversary of Tame Impala’s Innerspeaker hits store shelves.
